What Kind of Water Should I Drink?

Why do we drink water? Well, to hydrate, or course. There are many
theories as to how much water you should drink each day, and popular
guidelines have changed over the years. As recommendations on daily
requirements increase, the quality of our tap water has decreased, our
knowledge of regulations on bottled water has become more widespread
and the question of how beneficial the water we drink today is of great
concern.

Bottled water can be acidic, alkaline or neutral and you may want to
use a standard pH test to see how your water rates. Lowering body
acidity is one way to avoid cancer since studies show that cancer cells
cannot grow in low acidity. If you experience joint pain, memory loss,
weight gain, headaches, muscle aches, allergies, frequent colds,
fatigue, chronic infection or acid reflux, chances are your body is
overly acidic.

Acidity can also cause long term medical problems such as high blood
pressure, toxin retention, arthritis and other issues such as a
pessimistic outlook on life. By ensuring your water is alkaline, you
can normalize gastro-intestinal function, release excess body fat and
stored toxins and reduce chronic pain.
